Registration Fee

$75 – non-refundable fee due at Registration

Deposit: a non-refundable deposit of one full month’s fees (before Affordability Grant) is also due at Registration. It is applied to your June 2027 fees, with the Affordability Grant credit applied April 15, 2027.

We do not charge an enrichment fee and there are no additional supply fees. In-class field trips are included; occasional off-site field trips may incur a small fee.

All other costs are covered in the monthly tuition fees.

Payment schedule: your first month’s tuition (full September 2026 fees) is due August 9, 2026. The Affordability Grant is credited to accounts September 15, 2026. October through May fees are withdrawn on the 1st of each month with the grant already applied.

All billing is done within the Brightwheel platform, and enrolment in AutoPay is required. Once Registration Forms have been completed and accepted, fees will be added to accounts on the app. A $25 administrative fee applies to NSF or late payments, and credit card payments include a 2.95% convenience fee.

Affordability Grant

We are licensed and participating in the Affordability Grant Program.

A flat rate of $100 per month is sent directly to the program by the GOA for each child who attends a preschool program. Parents do not need to apply for this grant. Students must attend at least one (1) day in a month for the grant to be paid.
